Product Overview
The HN105 Floating Ball Valve is designed for on-off shut-off service in ANSI pipeline systems. The floating ball structure allows the ball to move slightly under line pressure, helping the seat maintain sealing contact during normal operation.
This valve series is suitable for oil, gas, water, steam and compatible industrial media where compact quarter-turn operation is required. It may be selected for petrochemical, refinery, general industrial and pipeline isolation applications.
HN105 can be supplied with raised face flange or butt-welded end configurations depending on pressure class and project requirements. The catalog reference covers Class 150, Class 300 and Class 600 configurations, with fire-safe and anti-static design options available according to project specification.
