Honiks supports industrial valve projects with quality control coordination from inquiry review to shipment preparation. For overseas buyers, this helps reduce specification gaps, documentation delays, and unclear inspection expectations before the valves leave China.
Quality control for valves is not a single final check. It is a project process covering specification review, material confirmation, machining follow-up, assembly checks, pressure test coordination, marking review, packing checks, and document preparation.

Specification Review Before Production
Quality control starts before production. Honiks reviews the inquiry or purchase order details, including valve type, size, pressure class, material, end connection, operation method, applicable standard, quantity, and project documentation requirements.
This early review helps identify missing or unclear details before the order moves into production coordination.
Machining and Assembly Follow-Up
Industrial valve performance depends on accurate machining, correct component matching, and controlled assembly. Important areas include body and bonnet fit-up, sealing surfaces, stem movement, bolting, gasket contact, seat parts, disc or ball alignment, and actuator matching when required.

Pressure Test Coordination
Pressure testing is an important checkpoint for industrial valve projects. Depending on the valve type and applicable standard, test coordination may include shell test, seat test, closure test, or functional operation checks.
Honiks can follow up test requirements with partner factories and collect relevant records or photos when required by the purchase order.
Documentation Review
Export buyers often require documents for internal approval, customs, installation, or project handover. Honiks can coordinate documentation such as material certificates, pressure test records, inspection photos, packing list, commercial invoice, nameplate review, and shipping documents.
Documentation requirements should be confirmed before production or before final inspection whenever possible.
Packing and Shipment Checks
Before shipment, valve packing should be reviewed according to valve size, weight, end protection, actuator or handwheel configuration, and export handling requirements.

Quality Control Checklist for Buyers
- Confirm valve type, size, pressure class, material, and end connection
- Confirm applicable standard and inspection requirements
- Confirm actuator, handwheel, gear operator, or bare shaft configuration
- Confirm pressure test and documentation expectations before production
- Review marking, nameplate, packing, and shipping document requirements
- Share project schedule and delivery expectations early
