Product Overview
The HN60 Bellow Seal Globe Valve is an EN/DIN industrial valve with a bellow seal stem design to help reduce fugitive emissions and stem leakage risk in industrial applications. It is suitable for thermal oil, steam, hot water, chemical fluids and selected gas services where stem sealing reliability is a priority.
HN60 can be used in power plants, chemical processing, petrochemical pipelines, district heating and general industrial process pipelines. The bellow seal assembly provides a dynamic stem seal barrier, helping reduce maintenance frequency in critical and high-cycle applications.
Available in DN15-DN400, PN16-PN40, with flanged or butt-welded connection options. Final configuration should be confirmed according to pressure rating, temperature, medium and project requirements.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the bellow seal design?
The bellow is a multi-layered stainless steel component welded to the valve stem and bonnet. It creates a dynamic metal seal barrier that helps contain process media within the valve body, reducing the risk of stem leakage compared to standard packed valves.
How does HN60 differ from a standard globe valve?
The main difference is the bellow seal stem assembly. In a standard globe valve, the stem passes through a packing gland which can wear over time. HN60 adds a bellow seal as the primary stem seal, with the packing gland serving as a backup.
What information should I provide for quotation?
Please provide DN size, PN rating, body material, connection type, medium, operating temperature, quantity and any required documentation or inspection requirements.
